Join us near Freshford for a tree planting day with farmer Fintan White. We will be planting Oak trees grown in our community tree nurseries from local provenance Acorns gathered in Ballyrafton Woods on the Dynan River. We will discuss the benefits of trees for water quality and biodiversity. If time permits we will also do some hedgerow maintenance All Welcome 10.20 am Sunday Feb. 12
We will have tools to share but PLEASE BRING A SPADE IF YOU HAVE ONE. DRESS WARM AND WATERPROOF.WORK GLOVES CAN BE USEFUL
