Join us this summer for a series of restorative immersive experiences in nature as we honour the sacred feminine through rest and restoration and explore ways that we can fill our own cup and use plant medicines to create daily restorative practices through traditional therapeutic applications such as foot baths, infused oils, massage, face scrubs, herbal steam and more. We will also craft tools to nourish ourselves as we explore Greenwood working and clay. Join us in the woods for timeout and rest , restoration and creativity.
