Nestled in the oak woodlands along the River  Nore , Wild Ways is an invitation to meet our wild selves and be inspired by nature. This three day nature immersion weekend will offer  a unique space to rediscover our human connection to nature as we relax, restore and rewild as we take time away from our everyday lives and look to the forest for inspiration, renewal and restoration.

Participants will learn about bioregional herbal medicines, crafting and experience nature connection practices.

Celebration Feast and Wild Medicine Making :We will craft a selection of wild seasonal medicines to take home with the plants which we meet over the weekend. We will celebrate with a final wild food feast as we nourish our bodies with the wild foods of the forest.
