Join us for a coppicing workshop with Chris Hayes. Coppicing is a traditional woodland management technique that dates to the Stone Age. It involves felling trees at their base to create a ‘stool’ where new shoots will grow.
This is one in a series of land management workshops sharing traditional skills as we explore how we can use traditional skills to manage woodlands and land for biodiversity.
